Every effort is made to accommodate urgent appointments and this is best organized by ringing my personal assistant on
What To Expect At Your Appointment
- You will be greeted by my reception staff who will ask you to fill out some routine patient information forms.
- You will then see me where I will take your history and perform a physical examination.
- A management plan will be made and discussed with you.
- Further testing for diagnosis of your condition will be decided and if appropriate some non-invasive tests will be performed on the day, with the results of these explained to you.
- My reception staff will help organize all other testing for you and further appointment to see me and discuss your results and progress.
- A detailed report of your visit will be prepared and sent to your referring doctor and a copy of this can be sent to you if requested.
What To Bring To Your Appointment
- A current referral from your local doctor or other referring specialist.
- Current Medicare card.
- Private health insurance details.
- Pension or Health Care Card.
- A list of current medications, both prescribed and over the counter remedies.
- Any recent related pathology results or previous cardiac investigations.
- Comfortable clothing.
